BUY TITLES

Any unopened item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card or issue a store credit for the cost of the item. You can choose your desired reimbursement method by filling out the back of your packing slip. Return postage costs are not refundable unless we made an error, or the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us at Satyr Enterprises Inc. at webmaster@satyrfilms.com and please reference your order number. Import product cannot be returned unless it is defective.

If a CD jewel case or cassette case arrives damaged, email Satyr Enterprises Inc. at webmaster@satyrfilms.com with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free.

In the case of defective product, please contact us at Satyr Enterprises at webmaster@satyrfilms.com for information on obtaining a replacement item. A defective or damaged title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
